Highly Stable Two-level Current Fluctuation in Complex Oxide Heterostructures
Nature Communications, 2025
This work demonstrates a room-temperature-stable two-level quantum system in SrRuO3/LaAlO3/Nb-doped SrTiO3 heterostructures—arising from Coulomb coupling between antisite Ti defects and oxygen vacancies—that generates stable random telegraph noise usable as an entropy source for random bit-strings, validated in a practical stochastic machine learning application for image super-resolution.
